Young Nicole enters a disassociative disorder and becomes lost in a magical supernatural realm where she is kidnapped by the CandyMan. Switchblade Symphony band members, Tina Root, Susan Wallace, George Earth, and Scott Van Shoick being mystically attuned are prodded by cats to travel there to save her where they encounter a number of strange and unusual things. They eventually journey to the CandyMan's castle where the young Nicole is kept in a giant bird cage. In Switchblade Symphony's encounter with the CandyMan, he reveals that he only wanted to protect her psyche and sought to keep her in the realm forever because 'pretty things should be forever'. But the band convinces him to let her go so that she may live her own life in the real world. Back in the real world, we see Nicole Mitchell committed to an insane asylum.
