The cover, theme, and artwork is a satire of Image Comics The Walking Dead created by Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore. Dwight is in the place where Rick Grimes is in on the cover with the window breaking behind him. The cover is connected to the back as well with Angela in the other part of the business park's lobby on the back cover. All comic scenes are done in black and white with red for blood, just like in the Walking Dead comics.
