The original Dave Stevens Rocketeer saga part 5 of 8, "Rockets Red Glare." Story continues from Pacific Presents #2. Cliff Secord teams up with the inventor of his jet pack to stop enemy agents from stealing "The Locust", an experimental plane. If he survives, he will still have to escape the inventor and his agents if he wants to prevent Betty from flying to Europe with slimy photographer Marco.
