As the pieces of the mystery surrounding ROGUE’s family begin to come together, Rogue finds she may have another problem – her attraction to the mysterious stranger who’s been mixed up in this puzzle from the start! Rogue is taken by Campbell to see Lorenzo Moontreader; a comatose Aboriginal man who once helped her parents reach the "Far Banks". Rogue absorbs his memories and learns that it was her mother's anger at the betrayal of Rogue's father that ultimately opened the door to the other side. Suddenly, dreamlike wraiths attack in pursuit of Rogue's alternate twin. Rogue fights them off as best she can, but in the end Campbell is gone and Lorenzo is left dead.
