A mysterious videotape showing an apparent murder is delivered to Sam, who attempts to authenticate it. He looks for clues and begins a hunt that will hit very close to home. Meanwhile, Twitch is doing fieldwork and Sam will have to put all his detective merit to use to prove he is the better of the two crime fighters.
