His name is Dragon, and he's using his super-human abilities to fight the mutants who terrorize the citizens of Chicago. Super-Patriot was a hero who had fallen in battle against the Vicious Circle and was left for dead. Now, more machine than man, Super-Patriot has returned. But being an officer of the law, Dragon cannot stand idly by while Patriot indiscriminately slaughters the bad guys. But does even the Dragon possess the power to stop a walking weapon of mass destruction?
