Synopsis
While Dragon continues to battle the rampant Freaks across the city, Star rescues Howard Niseman, and together with Freak Force, the Dragon, Liberty, Justice, and the Police, battle the escaping criminals at Stronghold Prison. Mace manages to steal Overlord's armor, but is electrocuted by it's safeguards. After the prison riot is put down, Johnny Redbeard's army of Freaks, along with Bludgeon, attacks an army led by Cyberface, an army that includes Negate, a person with the ability to eliminate someone's super-powers. Redbeard is transformed into a male version of Chelsea Nirvana, and his army is easily defeated. Cyberface finally becomes the leader of the Vicious Circle, but it is revealed that he is under the control of Horde.
