Synopsis
Alan Gaskill, architect of New Venice City and secretly its protector, Shark-Man, is dead, murdered by the criminal known as Jonah, the Shadow-King. But Alan's son Tom is arrested at the crime scene as a suspect in his father's death. One year later, Tom Gaskill has been convicted for killing his father and as an accessory in the theft of billions of dollars from his father's own bank. He is jailed for life in STYX, the Island based prison between New Venice City and the California coast. Meanwhile, the Sea-Witch, a new enforcer for a powerful crime syndicate, is making her presence felt, something that many are not happy about on both sides of the law.
