Synopsis

The Silver Surfer is dead and in the spirit world he finds himself face to face with Mephisto. The Surfer does not believe he is dead, but Mephisto assures him that he is, since Mephisto is dead as well. Mephisto tries to stop the Surfer from continuing his journey to the afterlife. Mephisto is stuck in this limbo for heaven will not accept him and his offspring will not either. He plans to battle the Surfer throughout eternity for his amusement.  Back at the Satori, the Cosmic Messiah has been molded. Now they bestow on him the Power Cosmic which they had drained from the Silver Surfer in order to give him life.   Scrier, Agatha and Alicia take the Surfer's body to it's burial site. But it is not over, and they begin a seance. They are able to draw the spirit of the Surfer to them, but this gains some unwanted attention from Mephisto.He takes control of Agatha's body.
