He learns of Reed's death and tells Johnny and Ben the bad news. The Human Torch becomes angry and decides to take his anger out on the Surfer.They battle over New York City and eventually come to rest at the ruins of Doctor Strange's house. They make amends with each other and return to the Plaza. Ant-Man informs them of a serious seismological problem deep in the Earth. The Surfer agrees to assist them.
