COMMUNION, PART ONE Ellie Waters is a young autistic child from New Orleans that has a talent for art. But lately she only seems to draw the same silvery alien over and over. Her mother is Denise Waters, a street Voodoo practitioner that reads peoples fortunes to get money for the bills.When her operation is broken up by the police, she returns home with her daughter. While attempting to get some sleep, Denise is startled by an electrical disturbance in the house. She goes to Ellie's room just in time to see a silvery alien abducting her daughter.
