SKINNERS: COLD WAR I is the first chapter in an ongoing series that takes us into a world where man's domestic production has corrupted the Earth. But, at the center of mankind's despair is hope in an ever-evolving environment Phen, relentless ruler of a totalitarian empire, is wildly regarded as the salvation of mankind.
