Synopsis
"Hooligans" Anxious to determine the circumstances of Dusk's death, and why four strangers have taken up superhero identities that he created, Spider-Man chases Ricochet, but loses him..Ricochet, Hornet and Prodigy investigate an old hotel being renovated by the criminal organization, the Maggia. Prodigy spies on the local Maggia mob boss, while the others investigate the tunnels that run under the hotel. Elsewhere, Dusk visits her home and continues to contemplate what has happened to her since her death.Ricochet and Hornet discover the Maggia dumping barrels of a mysterious chemical, but are attacked by mutated rats before they can take things any further. When they attempt to contact Prodigy for help they inadvertently alert the Maggia to his presence. Though he escapes, his operation is ruined and he abandons his teamates in anger as the tunnel they're in collapses, trapping Ricochet.
