Synopsis

Sludge continues to get caught up in gang related violence; Using his ability to make cells rapidly grow on his victims' faces, he causes them to suffocate; Detective Quinn is on Sludge's trail but with no idea who the gang member killer is, his only link are the causes of death; Sludge tries to stop another act of violence and recognizes one of the hoods as being Quinn, the man he was supposed to kill before his transformation.
