Describing Al's past missions, along with other recent events, Jason concludes that a full investigation should be conducted, along with surveillance on the Fitzgeralds. With Nyx's assistance, Al learns to control his "Spawn" half. Twitch, patrolling the streets in hopes of finding Al Simmons, gets his wish granted.
