Norman Osborn, after the Gathering of the Five ritual where he believes he gained unlimited power, takes on an enraged Spider-Man, who must reach his destination, where he believes Osborn is holding his child hostage. He manages to get past the Green Goblin, to reach a shocking surprise at the end of his journey. Meanwhile, Mary Jane gets accustomed to life as a model once again, hoping that Peter will stop chasing 'ghosts.'
