Synopsis

In the not too distant future, the evil scientist Overlord has succeeded in enveloping half the world's surface within a sinister spiral of force as the opening gambit for world domination. To maintain the Spiral Zone, Overlord created the Zone Generators, massive constructs that spew forth a noxious cloud that turns all within the Spiral Zone into mindless slaves under Overlord's control. Only one thing stands in the way of the madman's diabolical scheme for world domination – the Zone Riders!
