Synopsis

China is wishing on shooting stars. Lots of them. She's wishing that Dr. Breckenridge would at last pay his rent; that the flower-stall girl would stop making eyes at Breckenridge's assistant, Jim; and that someday Jim would . . . well, you know. But China's brought back to earth when Breckenridge's new invention -- a gravitational-field disrupter that blows a hole through her roof -- has Jim suddenly acting as strangely as the mad doctor himself!
