Synopsis
United Plankton Pictures presents its second annual 48-page swimtacular, filled with super-themed stories by some of the finest cartoonists on dry land! When Mr. Krabs is kidnapped by a bitter restaurant critic (is there any other kind?) Squidward must reveal his super-secret identity--the tentacled avenger known as…the Squishy Knight! But can he and a huge crowd of very familiar-looking superheroes (especially that yellow one with the holes) possibly blunder their way to victory? And then, when food purchases go awry, you have a champion--TWO champions--as Patrick and SpongeBob try out the superhero business in "Convenient Heroes." Next, in "I Will Destroy All the Civilized Planktons," Plankton experiences cosmic justice from Dustar, the Wizard Supreme. It's a tale of ineffectual vengeance by Paul Karasik (RAW) and R. Sikoryak (Masterpiece Comics). Plus: ads for ill-conceived Mermaid Man products and a Mermaid Man western adventure with art by comics legend José Delbo (Wonder Woman, Judge Colt)!
