Synopsis

In New Orleans, Brother Voodoo manages to save a woman from drowning in the Mississippi River. The girl reveals that she is Loralee Tate, daughter of local police chief Samuel Tate, and that she is being harassed by a group called the Cult of the Darklord. The Cult claim that Loralee is their next victim, and at one point force her car off the road, by having a demon appear in front of her as she tried to escape (which is how she ended up in the river). The Cult then attack Voodoo's house, and manage to knock him unconscious before abducting Loralee. Samuel Tate arrives at Voodoo's home shortly after. Voodoo tries to convince Tate to let him handle it, but Tate refuses and attempts to arrest him, but Voodoo manages to escape. Meanwhile, the Cult prepare to sacrifice Loralee.Continued next issue...
