Katchoo's ongoing dislike of alarm-clocks continues as she finds Francine somewhat unbalanced still from her blow to the head. In a somewhat over-the-top scene Freddie has brought the full force of the law to bare against Katchoo for humiliating him. In handcuffs the police discover that Katchoo has a prior criminal record. While in holding she is discovered using a vicious nose-hold on an officer who tried to take advantage of her.
