Synopsis

Captain Britain faces Slaymaster but is defeated by him. Realizing that the villain is stealing valuable collectables from his victims, he traces him to comic collector Waxman's Wax Museum of Superheroes, where Slaymaster has just murdered Waxman while in the guise of a wax copy of 'Electro-Man'.
