The government sponsored meta-human group Suicide Squad, super-villains forced by the government to pay their debt to society by going on suicide missions, recruits Knockout for the team. But when Deadshot and Captain Boomerang also recruit Sidearm and King Shark for their mission, Superboy decides to tag along to make sure these villains don't get out of hand.
