Synopsis
"Transfer of Power (Part I of IV)" The old Authority is gone. A new Authority has taken its place. Most of the original team was trashed by a new team composed of members with very familiar looks, but sporting all-new code names. Government sponsored and approved, focus-group tested, ethnically and politically diverse, the new Authority plays by a different rule book. They are the keepers of the new world order, and pity anyone dumb enough to stand in their way.
