Synopsis

Tim and James discover a small California town that is filled with Satan worshippers. The duo works to rescue a kidnapped girl, Jody, who is being prepared to be a human sacrifice to Satan and to expose the Satanic rituals being practiced in the town. The two eventually discover that the town's most prominent members (the mayor, sheriff, and clergy) are behind the human sacrifices.
