Synopsis

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of The Darkness, Top Cow launches an all new series featuring Jackie Estacado and his deadly little friends. The first five issues of this series are stories springing from the five different levels in the Xbox 360 and Playstation3 video game coming out in early 2007. They're not adaptations from the game script but original stories and the stories are self contained so anyone foolish enough to not play the game will still understand what's going on. This special series, brought to you by The Darkness video game/comic scribe Paul Jenkins and The Darkness co-creator David Wohl, will revisit the fateful day when Jackie Estacado became the Darkness, and will have Jackie embark on a new adventure that will span dimensions and, for the first time, show the INNER WORKINGS of the power that is called The Darkness.
