Synopsis
In Japan the C.I.A. special OPS are in a frenzy as the supermonster Gozza is killing off entire towns, turning them to villages of blackness. Elsewhere, the Tenth, Zorina and Esperanza are searching for clues to the identity of Backspell. While searching the condo of Zorina's mother they come across a telecommunications device with a direct link up to a Director Jaffe. Was Zorina's mother a covert agent in a plot to uncover the pans of Rhazes Darkk? A question that goes unanswered as a new Supermonster calling himself Lastic enters and in his assault, knocks Victor 15 stories down, triggering his transformation.
