Evidently, they've all moved to another "cooler" city, Blissburg ? a gated community where the town government caters to costumed do-gooders: clean streets, nice homes, low taxes, and most importantly, easy-to-beat super-villains whose crimes can be scheduled like a golf match! Each issue has an 8-page all-new four-color mini-comic attached to the cover!
