Synopsis

In the early 21st century, two colonial powers-- Aphrodia and Ishtar --teeter on the brink of war over a disputed resource-rich frontier on the terraformed planet Venus. Teenage motorcycle daredevil Ken Seno is approached by the Aphrodian military with an offer to become a member of an elite battlecycle unit formed to combat the overwhelming power and numbers of the armored units of Ishtar. But before Ken can come to a decision, he finds himself confronted with a more immediate threat-- the screaming bikes of his own comrades, bent on grinding him into the pavement!
