Synopsis

Nathan Ellstings is a man on the run. He is running from a murder wrap and headed towards demons. Along with Wendy Mckinnes they hunt The Wicked, people who have sold their souls for personal gain. All Wicked can see each other as they truly are, large twisted beasts, while average humans cannot. Nathan can see them by accident of birth and he only stands out to them when he uses his powers. He has the ear of the Pope himself as well many powerful and prominent religious leaders. The pair arrive in a small town and Nathan displays one of his powers, the power of  subtle hypnotic suggestion. The find a young boy has contacted them for help with a possessed young girl.  Carmen wanted to be liked and loved by boys but the Wicked in her slaughtered them instead. The girl transforms into her demon form as Wendy draws a pentagram outside the room to act as a corporal trap for evil.  Nathan uses his psyonic ability to wrestle the girl from inside the demon only for a priest to burst in on Nathan with the naked form of the girl in his arms, he is shredded by the demon who tries to escape but finds the building sealed to it. the Demon grabs a boy but Wendy snatches him back as it gets entrapped in the pentagram and finally destroyed.  In the remains Nathan find an amulet which drags his mind into a vision of his Father being chased by demons and sacrificing himself so that he and his mother can escape. They move around for year avoiding detection until one day The Wicked find and kill his mother.
