Synopsis
New York is preparing to unveil a statue by Alicia Masters to honor the heroes who fell in battle against Onslaught, with Franklin Richards being the special guest for the unveiling. However the imprisoned Mad Thinker seeing this as his opportunity sends the Awesome Android to capture Franklin, so he can gain the knowledge of Reed's experiments which the boy had witnessed and remembered subconsciously. However the mayor's aide calls in the Thunderbolts who battle to defend and then regain the captured Franklin Richards in a battle that ends up at Four Freedom Plaza. Following which the mayor grants the team the use of Four Freedoms Plaza, with Franklin giving the okay.
