The Thunderbolts reunite from a rip in space-time to seal the realms between High Evolutionary's counter-earth and the battle of the splintered Thunderbolt's battle with the V-Battalion. The team reassembles onto an island as the members reflect on a new agenda; In the end it leaves Mach-4 to return to prison, Atlas gets his powers restored, Vantage acquires hyper-agility, and Amazon leaves the team to persue her own fate. Fixer sets his own battle against Saddam Hussein's weapons cache, but it will be Helmut Zemo's next aim to save the world as to control it.
