Wolverine: Blood Hungry #1

Cyber, a deadly adversary from Logan's past, has arrived in Madripoor and he intends to get what's coming to him. He's brought with him a new powerful hallucinogenic and plans to sell to the highest bidder. On one side is General Coy, a ruthless tyrant bent on obtaining this new drug, and on the other is Tiger Tyger, a powerful female mob boss who maintains a romantic relationship with a certain feral mutant.
