SPIDER-MAN & IRON MAN PART 2 Spider-Man comes to the rescue and holds off the soldiers while Iron Man tries to reboot. The soldiers are overcome after Iron Man recovers. In the end, we discover that SHIELD wants the Irontech technology and made a deal with Latveria in order to hopefully maybe get the Irontech Technology afterwards.  Tony Stark's past is revealed on his capture during a business trip in Guatemala. He was captured along with several other people. The rebels known as "The Red Devil" try to make him create a weapon.
