DEATH OF A GOBLIN PART 4 After the media broadcasts the arrest of Spider-Man, Kitty Pryde leaves her study session with Kong to break Spider-Man out of S.H.I.E.L.D. custody. Elsewhere, Carol Danvers appoints herself as S.H.I.E.L.D. director in Nick Fury's absence, questioning Peter Parker about his previous deals made with her predecessor. While receiving information on Norman Osborn's location, Kitty Pryde leaps into action, phasing through Director Danvers and pulling Peter out of his holding cell. Both our heroes are immediately surrounded by Danvers and her task force, revealing Danvers' true intentions of making Osborn think Peter had been arrested to pull him out of hiding. Peter and Kitty are made temporary members of S.H.I.E.L.D. and are brought along to take down Osborn. After a battle in Trump Towers, Osborn tosses an out of webbing Peter out the window, only to be defenestrated by S.H.I.E.L.D. officers seconds later.
