The X-Men are still fighting Grotesk, the Sub-Human, and in the end Professor Xavier manages to defeat him but dies with the explosion of the monster's equipment. In the second story (Cyclops's Origin) Xavier with the help of young Scott Summers defeat the Living Diamond. Then, in Xavier's mansion, Scott Summers become Cyclops, the first X-Men.
