An early translation of the manga that inspired the acclaimed but short-lived anime series, also known as Vampire Princess Miyu. Demonic beings called The Shinma prey on humans who fall into despair and steal their souls. Humanitys greatest defense is Miyu, a vampire who appears to be a teenage girl, and whose mission in life is to track down and destroy the Shinma whenever they manifest themselves. An ashcan promotional edition from the 1995 San Diego Comic-Con that was also the mangas first appearance in the U.S.
