Synopsis

Nazis offer lady Death the soul of the cat goddess. Vampirella comes back from the beyond. Vampirella beats Lady Death, releases Pantha. Lady Death is disappointed and teams up with Pantha and Vampirella to defeat the nazis. Dixie gets shot into the back and dies.
