As is revealed in this issue, somewhere in Warlands, in a location known only by the rebels, a small peasant village is secretly manufacturing weapons for the rebel cause. The Ryotians will stop at nothing to discover the whereabouts of that village and have hired a merciless enforcer to get this information, by any means necessary. Who is this mysterious enforcer? Will the rebels be strong enough to resist him? WARLANDS: AGE OF ICE #0 will begin to answer these vital questions.
