The stars of DC's new Impact line are profiled in the first volume in this two-volume series(with more to follow).  Published in the same format as the regular Who's Who, each issue includes 24 entries, featuring anew piece of full-color artwork on the front, along with pertinent data about the hero on the back.  This volume features artwork by Tom Lyle, Grant Miehm, Mike Parobeck, and Darick Robertson.
