Synopsis
Wonder Man suddenly finds himself fighting Captain Atlas, who is now empowered by the Nega-Bands and able to switch places with Rick Jones. Narrowly, he manages to defeat Captain Atlas without causing any harm to Rick and brings the Kree to the Avengers West Coast complex. There, Captain Atlas reunites with his accomplice Dr. Minerva as prisoners of the Avengers. Wonder Man and Rick make nice, because Rick has to admit that Wonder Man did a good job with Captain Atlas. Captain America then relieves Wonder Man of bodyguard duty. The Avengers are about to need him for more important duties. Somewhere in deep space, Ultimus, the Kree Eternal, is telepathically contacted by the Supreme Intelligence and recruited into the Kree Starforce.
