This issue contains three stories. In the first, when a 2000 year old Chinese mummy is found with Amazonian artifacts in her coffin Wonder Woman travels through time to unravel the mystery. In the second Diana is torn between her feelings for Steve Trevor and her her dedication to helping others. The third story contains the first comic book appearance of Wonder Woman's long time enemy Circe. Circe has been banished to a foreign planet where she controls all with her magic. When Steve Trevor and a spaceship full of astronauts arrive there, they are trapped. It is up to Wonder Woman to rescue them.
