Synopsis

Are You a Good Neighbor? (public service message / written by Jack Schiff)The Composite Superman (written by Edmond Hamilton : reprinted in: World's Finest Comics #223, DC Special Series #23)Joseph Meach works as a custodian in the Superman Museum. Feeling bitter because of his lot in life, he unexpectedly gets struck by lightning in front of the Legion of Super-Heroes exhibit and gains the power of each Legion member, but his physical appearance is a mix, or a composite, of both Superman and Batman. With his new powers, the Composite Superman demands that Superman and Batman allow him to join in their capers or he'll reveal their secret identities, which he learned by using Saturn Girl's telepathy.
