A cold wind blows along the streets of Arcadia, and black-hearted people on both sides of the law shudder at its passing. Word is out: The X-killer is on the loose! Cross him once and you get a warning; cross him twice and you're dead. The Llewellyn Brothers hire the Gambler to take out the X but, X gets the drop on the Llewellyn Brothers first. The brothers dead the Gambler and X play a game of cat and mouse as they try to be the first to kill each other.
