Synopsis

“Tip Toe through the Tulip” Mulder believes that a series of murders are the work of a tulpa, a conjured being, created by a man who's been in a coma for five years. Scully unearths a more pragmatic explanation in the form of the suspect's vengeful mother. Notes: This issue also contains a sketchbook with artwork by Boonthanakit. Wizard #53 (Jan 1996) was bagged with a certificate (and an envelope) which could be redeemed for a free copy of X-Files #1/2. The offer expired 31 January 1996. The comic shipped bagged and boarded, with a Wizard Certificate of Authenticity.
