When they return to the institute, Iceman is angry that Juggernaut was not there, and wonders where he was. Havok suggests Annie and Carter should hide for a while, and she decides to permanently leave, only telling Polaris. The Brotherhood argue over how the X-Men knew of them being there, when Juggernaut is introduced as a member of the team.
