Synopsis

Krystallin Porter sets to revisit Detroit to reaquaint and come into bitter retributions to her civil rights affirmed family in the passing of her father, she comes across to battling Neo-Rastafarian anarchists known as the Free Radicals dedicated to creating lawlessness as a means of personal freedom in Detroit as to battle one member- the psychotropic light armored warrior Daze.Elsewhere, Meanstreak and Halloween Jack undercut to conspire to overthrow Desdemona Synge and her Rat Pack in their financial control of Las Vegas. Bloodhawk learns of poaching taken abroad in the Savage Land.
