The team embarks on its most hazardous mission yet! No, we’re not exaggerating. We mean it. Break out the tissues, and zip up the bodybags in this extra-special, last issue of the title formerly known as X-FORCE. In the final issue of Peter Milligan's X-Force / X-Statix opus, the cast is given what is, true to the cover's advertising, a 'downbeat yet strangely touching' send-off. The Orphan, The Anarchist and Dead Girl would resurface a year later in the 5-issue 'X-Statix Presents: Dead Girl' limited series. Doop, in some form, would resurface briefly during Peter Milligan's run on X-Men.
