Synopsis
THE CONSPIRACY OF THE CRIME-LORDS! / THE KID AND THE CORRUPTORS! Four of Supermans deadliest foes sue for peace, and convince him that his recent visit to the Phantom Planet is creating phantom doubles of himself, which then destroy places he has recently been; To protect Earth, which the villains still value as a prize, they ask him to team with them to defeat the super-phantoms, and Superman agrees. On Christmas Eve, Simon Stagg invites his nephew Randall into the Stagg household, not knowing that the boy has been brainwashed by spies to turn over secret projects found in his house.
