Synopsis
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT PART 4 Lex Luthor welcomes General Adams to Area One, a military base in Death Valley, and shows off his army of G.I. Robots. At that moment, he receives a call that his mechanical bat has tracked Batman to his lair. In the Batcave, Batman examines ways to get into Area One. Just then, the Batplane, controlled by the mechanical bat, fires a missile at them, knocking Batman down to the bottom. Back at Area One, Luthor decides to withdraw his base and robots, giving General Adams time to run before he is vaporized. Meanwhile, Batman manually overrides the Batplane, while Alfred destroys the mechanical bat. In the streets of Gotham City, James Gordon is in heavy traffic when Luthor broadcasts a message across all of America. He announces that democracy isn't working, that there are dangerous aliens living among them, and declares martial law.
